Fundraising
Take on a challenge to help us continue our important work
Support us
From sponsored runs to film nights and cake sales, fundraising is a brilliant way to support our charity. Your fundraising will raise the money that’s crucial to help Marmalade Trust support some of the loneliest people in our region to make connections and have fun. It will also help us run national and international campaigns to raise awareness about loneliness across all sections of society. And it can be fun and rewarding – you get to choose exactly what you do!
Step 1
Choose what to do
You can get sponsored for whatever challenge or activity you choose (check out our ideas here!). If you’d rather not go down the sponsorship route, you could hold a cake sale, coffee morning, or make items to sell and donate the proceeds to Marmalade Trust.
Step 2
Register your event
Head to our JustGiving page or make your own on Facebook or JustGiving - it’s easy for you to collect sponsors and donations. If you hold a sale or raise money another way, you can transfer it after the event by clicking this link.

This handy guide is full of ideas and tips to help you get the most out of your fundraising, as well as posters and social media posts to help you spread the word.
Not only will you be raising funds to support our work, but fundraising is also such a good way to make friends, find common ground and generally have a laugh and feel great about yourself! Sounds like a win - win to us!
